The Contracts Unit's responsibilities include providing technical support to project management, architectural and facilities services staff in the preparation and conduct of competitive solicitations and in the preparation of contracts for goods and professional services. Additionally, the Contracts Unit serves as the official records manager for original “University” contract documents.

Contractors wishing to bid on projects valued at $300,000 or less should complete the Construction Contractor Profile Form in the link below. Information gathered from this form will be added to a UCSF Bidders List and will be provided to our Project Managers.
